TDA Profile - Brewver

Bottle, thanks bierkonning, almost no head, opaque black colour, aroma of bittersweet dark chocolate and some whiskey wood with lots of alcohol spiraling out, flavor of dark chocolate, dried fruits, a hint of vanila and a whiff of ash, lots of alcohol in the back, heavy and unbalanced, too one dimensional.

Can, small bubbly head, clear deep orange colour, orange peel and zest, lots of sage that is getting stronger, just a lactic hint, medium mellow sourness, hint of bitterness. Original and highly drinkable.

Can, big s to stable bubbly head, quite clear golden orange colour, citrus and flowers, fruit and light maltiness behind, medium bitterness. Nice and highly drinkable, not really NEIPA.

Can, small quickly dissapearing creamy head, pitch black colour, aroma of dark chocolate, lots of roastiness and some dark caramel, flavour of dark chocolate, dates, notes of ash and dark caramel, hint of dark bread, oily mouthfeel, very sweet but not over the top. Highly sippable.

Can, big bubbly head, clear quite dark orange colour, aroma of orange zest,citrus and a bit of maltiness in the back, citrusy soapy flavor, a bit harsh and overwhelming green bitterness. Drinkable but disappointing.

Bottle, thanks bierkonning, smallish bubbly head, murky light brown with floaties, dominant aroma of caramel with some wood, flavor of dried apricots and light raisins, with some caramel and wood tuned down but quite noticable, whiff of Coconut, quite sweet but, not too heavy. Enjoyable and smooth.
