TDA Profile - Brewver

Can, medium long lasting dense bubbly head, hazy darkish orange colour, malty citrusy aroma with pine with just a hint of dunk, quite sweet but not over the top, malty fruity with a hint of citrus. Medium bitterness. Nice but nothing too special.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Can, small light brown bubbly head, opaque black colour, aroma of milk chocolate with some mint and cocoa underneath, flavor of dark chocolate with mint and some earthy and burned hints, light but noticeable sweetness, just a whiff of alcohol. A pleasant and highly enjoyable blend of chocolate and mint, like a toned down After Eight.

Draught at Lauter, small bubbly head, clear and just a touch pale yellow colour, minerally and yeasty, alcohol a bit too pronounced, whiff of grapefruit and fruitiness, extremely dry. Nice try.

Draught at the brewpub, clear deepish Orange colour, ginger, lemon, herbal tea, medium bitterness, medium noticable malty sweetness. Nice and drinkable.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Draught at the brewpub, smallish head, clear yellow colour, aroma of pine, wood and a bit of grapefruit behind, herbal piney flavor with a bit of onion and a hint of hay, medium strong grapefruit peel bitterness. Nice and drinkable.
