TDA Profile - Brewver

Can, medium bubbly head, quite clear yellow colour, aroma is a melange of citrus with some peach, flavor of malt and zesty grapefruit, medium mellow grapefruit peel bitterness nicely balanced by a light sweetness. Nice and highly enjoyable.

Draught at Lauter, smallish bubbly head, light cloudy Dee red colour with purple hues, aroma of plums, spice and a bit of wood and a whiff of varnish, vinous aroma, a bit of horse sweat and dark fruits, cherries and plums, medium slightly lactic sourness with a hint of sweetness. Highly enjoyable, very nicely balanced.

Draught at Lauter, almost no head, hazy deepish orange color, woody aroma with some varnish and a bit of fruitiness, sour fruity flavor especially white fruits, a bit of maltiness, medium strong fruity and lightly citrusy sourness with just a hint of bitterness. Nice and clean, surprisingly easy to drink.

Can, big bubbly head, hazy quite dark yellow colour, vanila, citrus, flowers, soap, a hint of maltiness, and a medium lactic lemony sourness, fatty sweetish hint. Nice and easy to drink, feels a touch artificial.
