Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate white head that persisted. Aroma is non-tropically fruity. Med body or so. Dry. Malt is obscured by hops that are both fruity and spicy. There's some citrus. Very nice and refreshing.

Capped 500 from Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. Pours light bright clear gold with a decent amount of white head. Aroma is herbal, spice, citrus. Med body or so. Creamy texture. It's bready but fairly dry. Nicely bitter with herb/ grass-spice, and seemingly citrus. Very good flavor.

Can from Tavour. Pours light bright clear gold with a significant white head. Aroma of biscuit and a good dose of grass/spice. Arguably med body. Flavor is the aroma. It's dry crisp and bitter. Noble hops rule. Excellent.

Capped 500 from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a slight, transient white head. Aroma is a little different. Suggested smoke at first, but then absinthe came to mind. Med body. Seems dry. Flavor is quite different. I'll go with absinthe/wormwood. Maybe some real wood too. Recommended for a different flavor!

Can from Tavour. Pours very hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma starts with resin, gets some citrus. Med body or better. It's juicy and not dry, but there's enough bitterness to subdue the sweetness. Flavor is dank resin, with strong citrus and something which is either pineapple or passion fruit. Some zest is perceptible with time. Quite good.

740 c&c from Nugget Market in Woodland, CA. Pours slightly translucent gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is light apple skin and something brown/sweet. Med body. Mild carbonation. A bit sweet but dry enough. Flavor is apple skins, demerara sugar, and some minor things. A bit sweet to substitute for champagne, but good stuff.

Flavor is the aroma with the additional presence of strong grass/spice. Toffee seems strong, but there's more than enough bitterness to keep it down. Really good Okto.
