Nonic pint glass draft at Cellarmaker House of Pizza in San Francisco, California. The pour is mostly clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is soft, dank citrus, resin, along with a bit of pine. The taste is very much a West Coast IPA bursting with resin, dank, citrus peel and the pine is dry along with a mineral finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation, an unfiltered mouth feel and the resin dank finish. This was very fresh.

12 oz tulip glass draft at Sante Adairius Oakland Arbor in Oakland, California. The pour is a black brown, opaque, with a foamy tan head. Nice thick lace left behind on the glass. The aroma is tart, sweetness, wheat grain, and the full amaro and wood. The taste is a bright sour tart citrus, closely followed by wood and the amaro booziness carries the finish. The palate is medium to heavier bodied with soft carbonation and the wood amaro and tart sour carrying the lingering finish. Almost no alcohol presence. Well constructed.

Visited on a Wednesday evening. Located in downtown Oakland, with street and surface parking lots around. Small place as you enter, with the bar immediately to your right. There are additional seating areas above the bar, in a back room and a patio out back, opening the place up quite a bit. It took me a few minutes to realize this was the former Trappist location. 18 house beers, available as full or half pours, with cans and bottles available to go. Friendly and knowledgeable bartender and an overall relaxed vibe. Must hit if you are in Oakland.

Visited for a late lunch on a Saturday. Located in downtown Shawnee, around the corner from the 3 Shawnee breweries. Big outdoor area as you arrive, with seating also inside. The full length bar also has seating. The food menu is varied, and the smash burgers and shrimp po boy were both excellent. The beer selection is 6 draft beers, including a rotating lager and IPA from Alma Mader. Service is always great. Worth a visit for food and crazy fresh Alma Mader.

Draft Willebecher glass at Hank's Garage and Grill in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a clear lighter golden with a limited white foam head that falls quickly. The aroma is a faint perfume, floral and cereal malt. The taste is soft perfume floral, cereal malt, malt sweetness, all with nice integration of flavors. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a grassy floral, soft mineral, dry finish.

330 ml bottle purchased at Brasserie de la Senne - Zenne Bar in Brussels, Belgium. BOT:23JUN23, BBD:23JUN27. The pour is a clear golden with a ton of fine carbonation bubbles that build up a foamy egg white head that is lasting. The aroma is the Cantillon tart citrus and house yeast, along with a really engaging floral softness. The taste is a soft floral Saison, wheat grain, and just a touch of the Cantillon Lambic that integrates really nicely just below the Saison character. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and the floral yeast tart citrus dry finish. Whisper of funk as it warms, adding character. This was one of the best beers I have had in a long while.

Visited for lunch on a Wednesday. Located in the Arts District, with a bunch of other breweries and interesting bars nearby. Big open space with tables out front, and a large seating area inside. The Brewery fills out the back of the room. Food and beer is ordered at their identified spaces. 34 house beers on draft, available as full, or 6 oz. Cans are available to go. The food (Chicken Tikka Masala tacos) I had was very tasty, all the beers I had were clean and well made. Overall, good vibe.

6 oz draft as part of a taster tray at Able Baker Brewery in Las Vegas, Nevada. The pour is a clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is a soft resin, floral and even fainter citrus. The taste is resin dank, moves into resin and then finishes bone dry with an earth mineral. The palate is medium bodied soft carbonation and the bone dry mineral finish. Big taste with a tiny nose.
