500mL bottle. Pours clear gold. Nose is nectar with subtle floral notes. Flavour has rich honey nectar, light foral notes. Rich and delicate. This is excellent.

12oz bottle. Pours black with no head. Loads of roasted hazelnuts and bourbon barrels on the nose on the nose. Flavour has dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, bourbon barrels, and a rich malt base. Fantastic.

500mL bottle. Pours clear blonde. Fuzzy peaches and apple juice on the nose. Flavour has apple juice, peach pits, underripe stonefruit. Cheap nonsense.

100mL bottle. Pours a clear pale blonde. Light honey, some wax, and a library-like perfume character on the nose. Flavour is somewhat dry with light, attenuated honey, floral notes, and more of that perfume character. The spice character isn't actually that bad, but the mead beneath is pretty thin.

100mL bottle. Pours clear pale blonde. Lots of honey nectar and earthy, woody spices on the nose. Flavour has a much stronger spice character, bitter woodiness, slightly floral, and a dry honey character. The nose is nice, but the flavour falls a bit flat for me.

355mL can. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Lots of dry Brett with some spicy saison yeast on the nose. Flavour is just mostly Brett. Maybe some other yeast character floating around, but it really is a one-trick beer. It's fine, just not that interesting.

330mL bottle. Pours clear deep gold with a whiteish head. Lots of cardboard and stale bread crusts on the nose. Flavour has fermented wheat, cardboard, soggy old bread crusts. Boozy, but lacking any distinct character. Not very good.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Nose is dry and floral, a bit soapy. Flavour is quite dry with lots of champagne yeast and a fairly floral, soapy hop expression. I like the base, but not a fan of the hop expression. And kind of lacking in character in general. It's okay.
