Burger and craft beer restaurant adjacent to APA Taproom. They actually share the outside patio. Not a place for fine dining but my «Original APA Burger» was juicy and tasty. Seven rather ordinary beers on tap but a very interesting selection in the fridge. I found Luka Hoprich from Lobik. Swift service. (Visited July 14th 2026)

The best bar for craft beer in Sundsvall. 15 beers on tap and some in the fridge. Large, covered patio in front during summertime. Taproom for This is How and Bryggverket. Also some from Duckpond, Fermenterarna, Apex, Brewski and Pohjala on tap. Beer flight 4x20cl for 275 SEK. Nice service and decent and varied rock and pop music played. Simple interior; wood and tiles, gave me the usual craft beer feeling. Varied seating, I chose to sit by the bar. I liked the interior in the restrooms; dark, green tiles and rough steel doors. There is a passage from APA Taproom to APA restaurant. (Visited twice, July 14th 2026)

I stayed at Elite Hotel Knaust and The Bishops Arms is actually the hotel bar. Classic Bishops Arms interior and decent beer selection on tap. But, a bit boring beer selection? I tried Omnipollo Pils from tap and a can; Brewski Pike. I recommend eating here. Röding (Char) was on their menu so my choice was easy. Really tasty meal. Attentive service. Ordinary small town Systembolaget bottle shop. Quite the same beer selection as in Järpen but here I found two strong and dark from Svartberget; Slice of Goodness and Blackwood. Nice. Easy to visit, just off the main road E14. (Visited July 14th 2026)

Worth a stop since it is located right beside the main road. More or less the same craft beers that are available in Åre. Mostly lager beers in the shelves. Not a must visit for me but ok to have a break from driving. (Visited July 14th 2026)

A convenient stop just off the main road. Located adjacent to Coop Extra grocery store. Rather ordinary beer selection but decent selection from local heroes Monkey Brew and Hogna. (Visited July 14th 2026)
