Smell of hops, spices. Amber colour, high off-white head. Aroma of malt, bitter hops, faint nuts, some spices. Nutty finish. Lively carbon. Medium bitter, lightly sweet.

Smell of straw, some fruit. Hazy golden colour, high white head. Aroma of straw, earth, some fruit and piney hops. Fizzy carbon. Medium bitter. Not very kölschy, not sure if even supposed to, but a neat in-between beer.
