Clear dark-amber-cola. Small, dark beige head.
Light roast, chocolate, brown sugar. Clean and simple.
Soft and gently sweet with brown sugar and good acidity without too much roast/toast. Molasses-like, perhaps. Lighter body with the Demerara lightening the body, but not too much. Still has some chew to it. Clean and balanced with acidity clearing the palate nicely.
Lightly hazy, glowing lemon. Small, white head.
Berry, pineapple, papaya and lemongrass. Pretty interesting/unusual combination and resulting notes. Scant cracker and biscuit from malt. Clean.
Soft and quite malty. Low bitterness becomes problematic. Fun tropical fruit flavors though ending a bit dull/abruptly. Appreciate the solid maltiness but it needs more bitterness, even for a NEIPA.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bright lemon-blonde with a small, white head.
Citra and musty yeast with lots of fruity ester. Cracker and dough soften things further.
Zippy citrus with a bit of coconut and light berry. Soft, chewy, bland malts/grains dull most of the bitterness but it's nice and dry. Fruity, clean, simple. Hops are pretty well expressed if on the lighter side.

Clear amber. Small, beige head.
Mineral with a hint of toast. Dried herbs. Clean.
Sweet corn and vanilla up front drying out with light pepper and dried herbs. Light bodied but fairly malty. Good dryness with corn and mineral/yeast lingering. Seems quite well-done to-style.

Clear blonde. Small, white head.
Light citrus, wood and pepper. Light bread and honey from the malt. Seemingly low acidity. Clean. Not hugely aromatic, but these half pour glasses are ridiculous.
More bitter in flavor with lots of peppery, local hop. Good malt depth and attenuation with clean, polished flavors but doesn't really snap on the finish. Fluffy, excessive carbonation. Miss CBC and their lagers for which this isn't a replacement.

Heavily hazy, lightly milky, bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head steadily to ring.
Soft and juicy with excellent spice and mineral. Balanced by deep, honey-like malts. No resin or alcohol noted. Tropical fruit, white wine and low acidity.
Big burst of orange juice with mango and lots of spice on the end. Soft and supple malts with good attenuation. Clean, clear flavors but the nose seemed to have promised more complexity than I'm getting. Really just getting lots of Citra, which, to be fair, is done well. Solid all-around. And there is SOME NZ hop character, just not a ton. But I guess that's unsurprising for Waimea which is more of a bittering hop.
