Moderately hazy, muted brass-bronze. Medium-sized, white head, well-retained.
Heavy, heavy berry with Sencha and a bit of lemongrass. Biscuity malts gently balance and clean yeast, no resin or weirdness is on the finish.
Berry, but not like Krush/586; not as dry/astringent. Fruitier and softer with light green tea notes and a round, biscuity malt structure with a hint of white bread. Clean and soft and the hops keep their gooseberry, spice and mild stone fruit throughout. Excellent texture and flavor for its size.

Beautiful, dainty, lemongrass and random stone fruit in the nose belies the purported size. 8.6%?? No sign of excessive sugar, resin or alcohol. Just spice and mineral and stone fruit for days. DDH with Galaxy is also shocking here, as there's little/no spruce/pine/chalk/astringency.
Juicy with pear, random nectarine and starfruit. Malty but perfectly attenuated leaving just enough residual sugar and texture, but still allowing the spice and mineral to shine. Having a hard time believing this is 8.6%, though their website does say so.
