On tap at the brewpub during Oktoberfest. Clear amber, plain helles flavor, nothing too noteworthy. Slightly dry, light grain flavor, no failures, traditional hop flavors. Quite crushable.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy amber, nice head. Slightly herbal nose, it's a bit unusual. Dry for a West Coast IPA, citrus but little caramel. Hint of sourness, something slightly off but hard to say what. Still quite tasty and a respectably smooth big, lemony bitterness.

Drunk at the brewpub. Hazy amber with nice head. Huge fruity nose: orange raspberry with sweet malty notes. Flavor is relatively sweet, low bitterness but a massive, lightly-tropical hop explosion. Very drinkable!

Fresh on tap at the brewery. Lightly hazy yellow amber with tall head. Fantastic hop character, smooth German earthy-and-citrus bitterness. Great grain background notes as a backbone. Huge IBU in tasty dry beer, that's great!

2022 bottling. Medium gold, nice carb but very short lived head. Sour acidic nose with medium complexity and a hint of rubber. Flavor has some stone fruit, big acidity, mild tire fire notes, very high carb. Some Brett funkiness and woody notes as well. Pretty nice!

Bottle drunk watching Dune 2 on a Strohwitwer evening. Dark brown, thin head, yeasty-bready caramel nose with definite rum notes. Rich and smooth, not too hot with alcohol, this is a prima dessert beer! Great job with this cask.
