Very nice kölsch, light and crisp but also creamy and infinitely drinkable, with a subtle grainy sweetness offset by notes of cut grass, fresh flowers, and a modest bitterness on the finish. Tasty pint.

On the sweet side, with pineapple and mango and bubblegum notes mixed with a mineral-pine bitterness and notes of vanilla in the finish. Not bad.

Very nice porter, spiced without the adjuncts being overly assertive. Notes of bittersweet chocolate and anise and dark fruit followed by a firm roasted bitterness lingering long into the fade. Tasty pint.

Closer to a Lunch-style dry IPA than a WCIPA, but lacking the complexity of either. Offers a quick burst of tropical fruit and grapefruit, then a slight hit of grainy sweetness before settling into a rather East Coast mild pine bitterness. Eh.

Solid mega-hopped pils. Huge notes of dank and grapefruit zest and passion fruit and earth, but eases into a grainy floral pilsner middle with lingering tropical fruit and floral notes into the finish. Tasty.

Gorgeous pour, darker than expected but with a huge frothy white head and ample lacing. Very bready, with notes of wheat toast, grain, and a touch of caramel apple, followed by a subtle floral bitterness on the finish. Not bad!

Not overpowering in its fruitiness but still sweeter than I prefer. “Natural” flavoring shuts me down immediately. Drinkable but only barely.
