(Can) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Traces of lacing. Fruity nose with notes of yellow apples, herbs, citrus and white bread. Fruity taste with yellow apples, pineapple, citrus, white bread and a gentle spicy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Crisp, soft and highly sessionable. Very nice.

(Draft at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London, 17 July 2026) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with toast, apricots and earthy hops. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, apricots, dried fruit and a balanced earthy/herbal bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Well balanced bitter. Nice one.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 17 July 2026) Pale golden colour with no head. Fruity, funky nose with notes of green apples, barnyard, yeast and herbs. Fruity, tart taste with apples, apple skin, barnyard, herbs and a dry and tannic finish. A ligth bitterness shining through. Medium body, dry. Dry, acidic and rich. Very nice.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 17 July 2026) Pale golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with apples, oak wood and a touch of glue. Fruity taste with notes of apples, oak wood, orange, rum, hints of glue and a sweetish finish with a balanced acidity. More than medium body, quite sweet. Generous rum barrel character. Nice one.

Hoppy, malty taste with notes of grapefruit, resin, apricots, pineapple, honey, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Crisp and refreshing. Nice one.

Fruity, malty taste with mixed fruit, peaches, citrus, grass, white bread and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Smooth and refreshing, with a good hop presence. Very nice.
