CLW Profile - Brewver

16 oz can. Aroma is oranges, papaya, house yeast. Flavor follows with the addition of pineapple notes. Mouth feel is soft with a pillow-like texture. Plenty of juice. This is an old can (5 months old) and it still taste great! No sugary sweetness is found.

Served in a dimpled mug. Flavor is slightly multi with a mild earthy complex yeast flavor. Yeast and grain driven. Extra crisp and smooth texture. Awesome!

16 ounce draft. Aroma shows bold lemon grass and mild wheat. Flavor is no surprise. Wheat based with hints of lemon citrus and a light lingering lemon grass throughout. Refreshing crisp texture.

8 ounce draft. Aroma is a soft passionfruit with some mild white grape. The Super Sauvin is pretty strong here gives a good amount of white grape character. It’s more passionfruit than mango. Light mango. Lots of fruit. Real nice!

8 ounce draft. Aroma and flavor our carbon coffee. Mild English ale yeast with mild notes of chocolate and mild raisin or prune like hint. Easy to drink and ends with mild malty finish. Good for the style.

8 ounce draft. Aroma shows tangerine peel, hint of lemon, mild malt. Flavor has a light malt back bone that shows citrus and citrus peel along with a very soft, subtle hint of grapefruit.. well constructed brew.
