Have always loved porters and stouts. In recent years I have grown to really enjoy European and American lagers.

16 oz can from the brewery. Aroma of cracker malt under lemon zest and grapefruit. Flavor of white grapefruit, citrus peel and a subtle cooking herb. Softer mouthfeel with a mild bitter grapefruit finish.
I seem to be typing grapefruit a lot. Yep, grapefruit bomb!!

Can shared by tfontana. Thank you Tom! Hazy yellow appearance. Aroma of soft lemongrass and subtle chamomile. Appealing nose. Flavor follows with lemon and orange peel nuances. Shows a soft / gentle chamomile in the finish. Soft mouthfeel with mild tea characteristics.

16 oz can. Older can date. Aroma is a bouquet of soft fruits. Peach, mango, and maybe a little bit of white grape. Flavor follows the aroma with the addition of mild pineapple and a soft floral finish.
Has a tremendous amount of hop flavors and goes down smoothly. Medium body with some juicy texture. Real nice!

16 oz can. Nice presentation: cap of mocha head on a pitch black liquid. Aroma is a moderate amount of coffee bean with mild roasted malt. Flavor has a good amount of strength for the gravity. Lots of coffee, mild chocolate, and mild roasted malts. Respectable and it’s not gonna get you side ways.

16 oz can. Shows a deep copper / mahogany color.
Aroma is weak earthy grains with weak toffee. Flavor is super light. Maybe a hint of rye. Thinner body. Drinkable but lacking in any malt depth. Meh. Needs a stronger malt profile.

4 oz draft. Thirsty Moose Exeter, NH. Aroma is bold cocoa powder, soft vanilla and mild roast. Flavor follows with a soft bittersweet chocolate for balance. Almost a coffee hint.
Nice fuller body (for 6.5%) with a strong chocolate finish. Robust nose and flavor!

4 oz draft. Thirsty Moose, Exeter NH. A crystal clear golden color. The aroma smells like nearly nothing even when warm. Maybe a week and minimal.Almost like putting water to the nose.
Flavor is weak banana, weak malt, with a weak black pepper finish. No alcohol found but also a super thin body. Nothing off here, but not much flavor. Zero malt and weak yeast characteristics.

4 oz draft. Thirsty Moose, Exeter New Hampshire. Crystal clear, copper in color. Flavor is dominant in earthy grain, subtle clove and mild caramel-like malt. I don’t get much yeast character in the flavor. Ends on mild hops. Thin body. Ummm. Not what I was expecting for the style.
Disappointed. A rare swing and a miss from this brewery.
