CLW Profile - Brewver

8 oz draft. Aroma is mild melon and mild Pilsner malt. Flavor is the fruity side of strata. Melon, mild passionfruit-ish and lightly berry. Very mild grapefruit peel.
Not much bitterness with a semi-dry finish. Well made.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Much thanks! Aroma is mild melon with soft citrus. Flavor follows with some hay and back yard grass clippings.
Soft texture with a nice juicy character. Also shows mild floral hops underneath all of that. Good array of flavors with hidden ABV.
This is a beast!

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Much, MUCH thanks. Beautiful, fresh scent of Nelson giving a touch of white grapes, hay with a mildly passionfruit-ish hint. Flavor follows with light citrus zest left on the tongue.
Plenty of white grape notes and a tad of grassiness. Quite delicious. This right here is how I like Nelson!!

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Thank you Tom. Aroma is grapefruit, mango pulp, with yeast. Grapefruit upfront with what is a close to peach as you can get with hops. Also displays a mild citrus peel bitterness for balance. Plenty of juice per usual for Fidens. Nicely crafted.

Aroma is softer mango and very mild citrus. Flavor follows with the addition of some apricot. Flavor is extremely juicy with zero bitterness per the style. At times it feels a little non-descriptive but it certainly drinks easy.

Aroma shows caramel, coffee, chocolate, dry roasted malt. Flavor of deeper roasted tones, soft chocolate, mild caramel, and roast. Nicely dry on the palate, mellow carbonation. Good body for the gravity.
Very good for the style. Well constructed.
