16 oz can shared by Chalumeaux. Aroma is mango, white grape, orange marmalade. Flavor follows with a soft pine in the finish. Well balanced. Lightly juicy and no bitterness. Nice.

Normal carbonation. Aroma is exclusively soft Willet. In the flavor I can’t really find the malt base. No toffee or dark fruit. Body is quite a bit thinner then I ever see with this brewery. Just ok.

500 ml. From our membership. Bottle 069/ 600. Aroma is soft toffee, mild oak, and mild Russel’s Reserve. Flavor follows with a nice subtle rye that helps cut the sweetness. Good dark fruit ( dates, figs, raisins) with a warming finishing.

16 oz can. Hazy yellow appearance. Aroma is soft weed, grapefruit, mango. Flavor follows with a little bit of pineapple. Citrus peel for a lightly bitter finish. Mild juicy character balanced by citrus peel. About what you would expect.

16 oz. can. Crystal clear, golden appearance. Nose shows pilsner malt, mild minerals, bread. A good deal of honey and a solid backing of cracker malt and minerals. Soft toast.. Lightly bitter with no aggressive hops. In the mouth it's malty, clean and very crisp. Really well crafted.

4 oz draft. Aroma is nice, easy, cinnamon, dates and mild marshmallow.
The flavor is all the adjuncts evenly balanced. The mild bourbon finish cuts the sweetness, and it ends on soft cinnamon. Zero alcohol burn or flavor. Medium body and silky texture across the mouth. Really great brew.
