4 oz draft. Aroma a soft grapefruit with a very mild marijuana hint. Flavor follows with subtle fruit and ends on bitter marijuana notes. It’s almost medium in body with a soft, lingering dry bitterness. Good for a “danky” IPA.

4 oz draft at the brewery. Aroma and flavor our carbon copy. Very soft, toffee, subtle, sticky caramel and very mild English ale yeast. Lighter body with an abrupt finish. Meh.

4 oz. Draft at the source. Brown and color. Aroma shows me mild nutty character and very soft roast. Flavor is a nice English brown porter. Ale, yeast, mild nuts, and roasted barley. Lighter side of medium body. Dry texture. Simple.

4 oz draft at the source. Aroma is soft honey malt, not much else. Flavor is super light in character in a very light body. Does show a mild crispness Very subtle Hallertau finish. Thinner in texture. Almost watery.

4 oz draft at the source. Rose in color. Aroma is soft wheat underneath tart cherry. Flavor is moderate tart cherry with hints of mineral and wheat. Ends on very mild tartness. It’s simple and straightforward.

16 oz can from Tavour. Aroma is light lemon, cracker malt, and minerals. No surprises in the flavor. Soft cracker malt with hints of lemon, and just a soft hint of scallion. Pretty balanced. The one thing I’ve always liked about the style is the IPA with a very crisp texture. Nice.
