Pretty large taproom with a good selection of beers. However, no flights and no 5oz pours. (why is this so common for Chicago brewers? I want to sample your selection not nurse one pint!).

Busy, claustrophobic venue with a good taplist. No flights, no 5oz pours which is daft. I also have to take points off for the stupid seats that spin and tilt everywhere and provide no back support at all.

Small, busy taproom in river north. Limited selection but you can get a flight at least. Bit of a nightmare trying to get seated and attracting the server's attention.

More of a tourist trap type place, it's part of the popular and scenic riverwalk. Worth grabbing a cider on a hot day.

Busy at Wednesday lunchtime. Good selection of beer but don't think flights or 5oz pours were available (except for stouts). Interesting can selection too. Food was excellent and worth trying.

Dingy bar with an excellent metal playlist. Small tap selection and no 5oz pours. Food looked great. Worth visiting if you are at beer temple or revolution.

Down the road from Hop Butcher, this place had an extensive selection. Mostly restricted to 4 packs, though there was a pick and mix option and some singles available for higher abv things. Worth a visit.
