Cramped, busy sports bar with a surprisingly large taplist. Another one that just felt too claustrophobic but they at least offered 5oz pours.

Busy downtown pub which felt pretty cramped. Good beer selection but another one with no flights, and no 5oz pours. Worth visiting if nearby.

Very busy taproom with an extensive beer list. Another that actually does flights. Worth a visit.

Large taproom with balcony seating available and a big taplist. It actually does flights! Beer was of middling quality but good to actually sample a few. Close to several other breweries so worth visiting.

Large space just down the road from Goose Island. Big tap list, but again, no flights and no 5oz pours!

Impressive taproom with a large tap selection, including big stouts. 5 pours available and a huge number of BCBS variants in bottles to drink in and to go. Shame the tshirts were $40.

A highlight of the trip; 4 self-pour breweries and excellent BBQ food. What's not to like? Beers were of varying quality but you go here for the ticks on the way to Goose Island.

At one time a brewery with a music venue attached; sadly, the brewing will now be discontinued due to the unexpected death of the brewer last year. Was able to try the last beer they'd brewed and based on that, it's a shame I won't be able to try more.
The server did allow me a flight though I doubt that will be available going forward. More of a place now to grab some good food before seeing a local band.
