Dark with delicate ruby highlights. The beige head is quite persistent and fine-bubbled. The aroma is caramel, malty, and slightly tart. The body is full but not heavy, with a medium sweetness that harmonizes well with a medium bitterness. The taste features notes of caramel, honey, cookies, chocolate, coffee, dried fruit, and citrus. The finish is slightly chocolatey with a slight herbal note. Pleasantly relaxing.

This beer is light golden, slightly hazy, and over-carbonated, as the foam practically oozes from the glass, decorating the glass.
The aroma is faintly spiced, with hints of acetone, fruitiness, and yeast.
Semi-dry, quite light, and slightly carbonated. A warming sensation is felt in the throat.
The taste is spiced, with pepper at the forefront, and fruity notes of pear and quince. There's also an unpleasant moonshine-acetone aftertaste. The bitterness is medium, slightly tannic, perhaps from the oak flakes.

The head is abundant but not persistent, although there is a slight lacing. Upon opening, it was like a volcanic eruption. Golden and clear. The aroma is pleasant, with a light maltiness and a hoppy herbal note. Overall, the taste is similar to a typical hop pearl. It lacks a bit of crispness, and the carbonation is weak after this opening. It's drinkable chilled.

High head, dissipates quite quickly. Light orange, hazy. Pleasant aroma, light maltiness, lots of banana, cloves, and bubblegum. The taste is much less intense, a bit watery, with a slight carbonation. The finish is quite short, slightly yeasty, banana-like, sweet, and pleasant. The aroma is definitely more intense than the flavor.

The head is high and disappears rather quickly. Light amber, hazy. The aroma is subtle, with a slight maltiness, perhaps honey. The taste is similar, slightly reminiscent of wheat beer, with a slight carbonation and bitterness. This isn't a top-quality honey beer, though it's not a bad one either; the honey is just a distant accent.

Dark, opaque in colour, with a large beige head that quickly dissipates. Aromas of roasted malt and dark bread, a hint of mild coffee and wet cardboard mixed with ash. The taste is similar, with pronounced sweetness, a velvety texture, and a light saturation. The bitter finish brings more roasted and coffee notes. Pleasant and easy to drink, but could be more expressive.

The aroma is floral, slightly citrusy, and malty. The taste has a touch of maltiness, citrus nuances, and a slight grapefruit-herbal bitterness. I don't detect any salt; it simply enhances the maltiness. The carbonation initially generates a significant amount of foam but causes the beer to become flat. It's OK.
