Can (6/20/26) shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear, dark, maple-syrup brown, light viscosity, thin head with good retention, no lacing. Aroma is strong toasted earthy malt, toffee & bread crust. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, decent body, soft carbonation, finish as taste with lingering light bitterness. Wow! For the ABV, this is mind-blowingly strong aroma, taste with a substantial body. Well done!

Bottle shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear, bright yellow, nice sparkle, fluffy head with fair retention, light viscosity and lacing. Aroma is strong malt on cracker-y, Pilsner-y side. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste, light bitter.

Part of a flight at the brewery. Hazy yellow, thin cap of head, light lacing. Aroma is subtle citrus. Taste is citrus, somewhat tart, piney bitterness, crackers. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. OK. A little more traditional than New England style.

5 oz. Nitro pour part of a flight at the brewery. Virtually opaque dark brown, trace sparkle, nitro head, good retention, tons lacing. Aroma strong roasted malt malt, dark chocolate. Taste strong earthy malt, roasted malt. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste with light bitterness.

5 oz. pour part of a flight at the brewery. Deeply hazy dark yellow, light sparkle, thin head with excellent retention, tons lacing. Aroma strong, almost industrial cleanser, lemon, classic pizza spice(oregano), light orchard fruit. Taste strong orchard fruit, milder cooking herb, biscuit, late lemon. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste with yeast and light bitterness. Solid!
