Walking distance from Old Town. Cellar bar. It's summer and it stinks of mold and cellar. Bit damp in here. But luckily couple tables and chairs outside. 10 taps but not all are on. Fridge looks half empty. And it's quite hot outside.
This place gives me mixed feelings. It should be the frontface of your brewery (which makes you money), but instead it looks like retail pub.

On my way back to center from Nurme taproom. But looks like you can get here by public transport.
Small place and looks a bit of a dump. Long queu for beer and only 1 is serving.
One of the beers I ordered was off by miles another in very good condition. So not sure.
They do have beer garden where some random dog first tried to drink my beer and if I refused he tried to bite me. WTF! Owners reaction was "ohh did he try to bite you?". So not the first time eh? Anyway words were exchanged about that attitude. So beware.

In a remote part of the Riga center. Not really easy way to get here, but we managed. Large place. But damp in inside, but it was raining heavily during the day.

Small crafty place in the Old Town area. We were quite blasted when we arrived, 1y birthday party or something like that. Taps, fridges, local friends giving samples, beer everywhere! All I remember is that it was nice.

Last time it was closed. Now full open. My review is biased 'cause hardcore fan of LOTR (read books multiple times, seen movies hundred times (plus minus 5) etc). So not disappointed. Of interior. And theme. Beerwise I've been in taverns with less choice and this is close to those. Glory days have passed in 4th age.

Once again a rerate. Last time they served us absolutely gone sour beer, FatPhil went berserk and Anna haggled 50% of money back. None of this happened this time. Ticks were freshish, but not off. Service polite, not scammy. Still tourist trap sort of.

Unlike last time (I think my rating wasn't transferred from RB) we made it inside. Last time it was horrible tourist trap with nothing to offer besides high prices. Actually nice and fast service inside. We found ticks. English and card = yes.

This place has multiple entrances, but only one of them is operational. Empty, completely empty. Not even staff on sight. But if you wander up and down and reach to balcony you find absolutely packed balcony. Poor English from staff. Not much to drink. View is blocked. Ohh why?

This place is halfway up to the hill. We decided to make a hydration break here (way ahead of you FIFA). Full of tourists enjoying view on balcony. We joined them. It was hot day. We managed to find couple ticks. Not a beer place. More of a cocktail lounge which happens to have beer.

Stylish Belgian place. It was quite late in the evening and this place was just on the way to home. I wasn't the freshest pickle in the jar. But I remember being here.
