500ml can. Opalescent, yellow-ish golden colour with lots of very tiny floaters and small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Vinous fruity, grassy hoppy and minimally strawy and spicy, pale malty aroma, hints of white grapes, gooseberry, a touch of old lemon peel, white wine. Taste is mildly bitter, vinous fruity and minimally grassy hoppy, minimally strawy and spicy, pale malty, hints of white grapes, white wine, gooseberry.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly greasy palate, medium, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation.
Rather monotonous, simple, somehwo un-fresh - not that exciting.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with very late awakening, small, creamy, fading, tan head. BA supported, roasty, minimally chocolately, dark malty and caramel malty aroma, notes of toffee, dark caramel, a touch of treacle, some rye whisky. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, chocolatey and roasty, dark malty, minimally woody and alcoholic, notes of caramel, dark caramel, some toffee, chocolate, treacle, BA hints of rye whisky; minimally warming, alcoholic finish.
Viscous texture, smooth, soft and silky, slightly cloying palate, fine, creamy, soft to flat carbonation.
Very homogeneous and harmonious, super smooth and viscous, not overly complex but with quite some nice subtleties - easygoing, uncomplicated sipper.

500ml can. Quasi black colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, dark beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and slightly fruity, minimally woody aroma, notes of dark chocolate, some couverture, hints of cherry, a touch of cherry wood, cherry flavoured dark chocolate, minimally smoky overtones. Taste is bitter roasty, slightly chocolately, dark malty and minimally fruity, minimally woody and smoky, hints of dark chocolate, roast, a touch of cherry, cherry wood, smoke, some liquorice.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, very fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, quite bitter, weak fruitiness, not overly complex - not fully convincing.

500ml can [12.5° P, 5.2% abv]. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy and tropical fruity, minimalyl herbal, hoppy aroma, wheaty and oaty malty background, notes of lemon, melon, pear, fresh pineapple, whiffs of basil and lemon balm. Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy fruity, minimally herbal and tropical fruity hoppy, slightly wheaty and oaty, pale malty basis, minimally diluted hints of lemon, melon, a touch of pear, basil.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, very dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, very refreshing, drinkable - good!

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally strawy, pale malty background, hints of pineapple, lemon, some mirabelle, husky overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, husky, pale malty and moderately bitter, citrusy and tropical fruity hoppy, hints of pineapple, mirabelle, some lemon, a touch of protein.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Mild, a bit rural, pretty far away from a West Coast IPA, but somehow a nicely hopped Zwickel Ale (if that would exist) - enjoyable.

330ml bottle [#0062/2150]. Jet black colour, no real head, just a layer of macropore, beige bubbles on top. BA supported, roasty and chocolately, dark malty, minimally spicy and wood aroma, notes of dark chocolate, leather, some dark caramel, a touch of oak, whiffs of liquorice and marmite. Taste is roasty and chocolately, dark malty as well as slightly caramel malty without residual sweetness, notes of dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate, BA supported hints of leather, oak.
Oily texture, smooth, soft and silky palate, fine, soft, still efficacious carbonation.
Mild, focussed, seemingly light - very nice.
Well matured after nine years, "still alive", no edges.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, a touch of mustard seed, white pepper, honey. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, hints of banana, mustard seed, a diluted touch of honey.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice kind of spiciness, not the typical clove dominance, sweet-ish but still balanced - decent.

Taste is moderately bitter, herbal-grassy and slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally spicy, pale malty basis without residual sweetness, minimally diluted notes of nettle, lemon, lemon peel, a touch of salty cracker, minimally waxy overtones.
Watery texture, dry palate, medium to coarse, lively carbonation.
Nicely hopped, nice spiciness, refreshing, a bit overcarbonated - OK.

Slightly toasty, minimally nutty, caramel malty and minimally yeasty fruity and fruity hoppy aroma, whiffs of plum and red berries, very weak, smoky overtones. Taste is moderately bitter, minimally fruity hoppy, minimally toasty and nutty, caramel malty with low residual sweetness, minimally diluted hints of hazelnut and red berries.
Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Clean, subtle, a bit cautious - not bad.
