Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: banana, carrot juice / 31B: lactose, maltodextrin / 28D). Can 44 cl - Batch 298/404 (BB: 07-02-2026 - canned on 07-07-25). AROMA: medium-high aroma of what appears to be cinnamon with medium-low banana and low carrot background. slight clean sourness. APPEARANCE: orange-red color and opaque. medium light orange head with ok retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with a medium intensity combination of banana, cinnamon and low carrot. low clean sourness. finishes semi-sweet and slightly sour. MOUTHFEEL: full body and chewie texture. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a pastry sour with good acidic balance and with what appears to be a prominent cinnamon presence, above banana and carrot. this cant be confirmed since not all ingredients are declared on the label.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 9A). Can 50 cl - Batch undeclared (BB: 30.06.2027) AROMA: medium-low maltiness with a slight toastiness. slight metallic and cereal husk background note. gentle alcoholic presence. APPEARANCE: amber body and very slightly hazy with fine particles in suspension. medium-low beige head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-high malt flavor with fair richness (toastiness, slight sweet), followed by medium-high bitterness. unbalanced towards bitterness. finishes dry and excessively bitter. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-high body with medium-low carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a bock (or doppel) with ok malt presence, although not much complex. the excessive bitterness ruins the tasting rendering it unbalanced.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21C).Can 50 cl - Batch 20.03.2026 2 (BB: 20.03.2026) AROMA: medium-high hope aroma (fresh green, lupulin, ripe melon). medium-low neutral and slightly sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow body and hazy. medium-low white head with medium retention. slight lace formation. TASTE: medium-high hop flavor (pine, resin, fresh green, mint, faint melon). medium-low neutral maltiness. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice hazy IPA.

APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and hazy. low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial low coriander, orange peel, low sulphur compounds (rotten vegetables). medium yeasty flavor. medium bitterness with a semi-dry and yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a sample with problems.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29B: banana, peach, vanilla / 31B: lactose / 28D). Can 50 cl - Batch 23.07.2026 06230 (BB: 23.07.2026). AROMA: medium to medium-high fruity aroma (banana and peach) with a mild clean lactic sourness in the background. APPEARANCE: light yellow body and hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium to medium-low banana flavor with hints of peach. medium-low sweetness in balance with clean lactic sourness. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish. some notes of yeast. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-high body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: yet another good Gelato sample although the vanilla mentioned in the ingredients isnt detected.

AROMA: medium fruity aroma (red fruits) with a clean sour background aroma. low metallic note. APPEARANCE: pinkish color and hazy. medium-low very light pink head with average retention. lace formation. TASTE: initial medium-low fruity notes (currants), followed by medium-low clean sourness. low bitterness with a semi-dry and slightly yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-high body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an ok pastry sour with added currants.
