Pint can - pours a foamy hazy purplish pink - nose is similar to a gose - some salt, lactic tartness, lime - flavor is dry, lightly bitter, rustic grains - very light acid - spicy finish - a little watery but good.

Can - not sure why all the low reviews - this has a lot of what I look for in the style - rich maltiness that is clean but not too heavy, with a light of bright honey character - some herbal hoppiness through the middle, with some floral character - a touch of white grape - perhaps a touch too bitter on the tail end / lightly warming, which I like in the style - lingering honey on the palate - mouthfeel is soft and full - I dig it.

2025 bottle - labeled as 8.2 percent - a gentle tilt results in a froth as fuck pour - there is so much foam - a nice mix of malty sweetness, lactic tartness, and bretty funk - deep cherry flavors, a lot of oak and red wine, a hint of chocolate, leather, moderate bretty funk on the end, with lingering oak and long lacto tartness hanging out on the tongue - nice balance of acid and malt - a bit of plum - warming finish - I dig it.

Pint can - Brian is back, baby! - man, this beer was my jam back in the day and this iteration still is - bright, dry, bitter, herbal, lightly funky - touches of lemon and a light minerality, touch of dry white wine - long, light spicy, flinty, and funky finish - real good.

500ml bottle - hazy gold with a thick head - presents a bit like a smoked saison, really - slightly higher sweetness - smoky nose, with underlying spice, juniper, honey - soft mouthfeel - honey, pepper, moderate smoke, light tartness - spiciness in the finish / solid.
