Dark brown color with lasting tan foam. Mild roasted malt aroma. Taste starts with a crisp bitterness and then follows with a mild sweetness. Some mild coffee bitter flavor. Moderate light body.

Brown color with a woody aroma. Taste is honey and malty sweetness, finishes with an earthy bitterness and dark fruit flavor. Dry, woody aftertaste lingers.
