Pale yellow color, cider aroma. Flavor is sweet but has a dry finish and aftertaste. Can’t distinguish matcha or yuzu, maybe that is the sweetness and dryness influencers.

Pale yellow color with a chili pepper aroma. Taste is bell pepper and tropical mango. A little bit of pepper heat at the finish. Not a fan of pepper in cider, not as delicious as pepper in beer.
