Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a whitish head, better than average retention and some foamy lace. Big herbal scent at first, but raisins and white grape do come out over in the end, with some caramel malt notes, hints of oats. The taste shows some good citrus flavours with a touch of the white wine grapes. A pretty good, juicy, refreshing, white wine NEIPA with nicely blended citruses and herbs.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a warm-white frothy head, good retention and nice sticky, creamy lacing. Orange juice aromas with tropical notes, a touch of stone fruits and hints of caramel. Flavours of citrus (lemon zest, orange juice), stone fruits (mango) and mild tropical fruit (peach) with a tad grassiness. This hoppiness creates a decent slow building dryness in the end, after a juicy mouthfeel. A good juicy, fruity NEIPA that goes down well, with a mild dry finish and all well-blended.

Lightly hazed, unfiltered gold colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and very nice, sticky-creamy lacing. A caramel malt base, some nice fruitiness in the nose, like pears, apples and herbal hints. The taste is very well-balanced with the mild malts, fresh hops and citrusy-piney touch. What a good collaboration with breweries that already make great West Coast IPAs. Super smooth !!

Last can of the Cat Pack 2026 4-pack. Pours a hazy golden colour with orange highlights, a warm-white frothy head, good stay and some sticky, creamy lacing. Some good citrusy aromas with oat notes and hints of nectarines. Tropical fruity flavours with the lemon zest, other citrus notes, oats and even a mild candy touch. A nice juicy mouthfeel with a drying finish. A good Double NEIPA that has the juiciness, but not as sweet, fruity, but more zesty, candy and drying.

Golden colour with an amber hue, a frothy, warm off-white head that does not last as long as expected, leaving a little foamy ring. Some nice active carbonation. A caramel malt base aroma, almost hints of diacetyl, with some fruitiness from tropical notes and stone fruits. A tad minty, herbal nose as well. This mint, pine touch comes out a little more in the flavours, freshening the fruity hops and light malt base. Some nice dryness does build up. An interesting, different West Coast IPA that still ends up doing the job for the style.

Celebrating their 6th anniversary late January 2026. Pours a dark brown colour with light beige head with decent creamyish lacing. Caramelly aromas with some nice blending vanilla. The mouthfeel is not too thick, with a light, slow building dryness. Well-hidden alcohol, but does come out eventually, warming a little. Chocolate-caramel malts with the vanilla being milder, which fits well. A nice strong Stout, that is not overly rich, sweet - so easier to drink.

Celebrating their 6th anniversary late January 2026. A very light, unfiltered haze, light golden colour with a white head, leaving some nice sticky, creamy lacing. Fruity aromas with pears, with a blend of the Morello cherries and mild pepper. The cherry notes come out over the pears in the taste, but the pear flavours lingers with mineral notes and sour hints. A refreshing Saison that balances some pear and cherry notes.
