The taste feels a bit artificial, but the alcohol is well covered.

Draught @ Delilah's, Chicago (Sept 2024). Clear red-brown with a small foamy beige head, caramel aroma, high carbonation, mildly sweet caramel malt taste, toffee flavor, thin body, long finish with some alcohol aftertaste. Decent brew.

Bottle from Mitsuwa Marketplace, Edgewater NJ (May 2025). Pours very faintly cloudy lemon yellow with foamy off-white head, yuzu aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter light hay taste, thin body, long finish. The yuzu aroma is not very prominent.

Can, from City Swiggers, Manhattan NYC (Apr 2025). Pours faintly cloudy pale yellow with a large foamy off-white head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrusy taste, smooth thin body, long finish. A bit thin but tasty.

Can, from the brewery (Aug 2024). Pours very faintly cloudy golden with a foamy whitish head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste, thin body, long citrusy finish. Decent taste though not really hazy.

Draught @ Beer Run - Harlem, Manhattan NYC (June 2025). Clear golden with a small frothy off-white head that quickly dissipates into a ring, orange peel-peach aroma, adequate carbonation, bitterish taste with orange peel, faint peach flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Smooth IPA.
