Aroma has rum and molasses notes with some dates and sweet dark grains supporting. Flavor has a nice rum and plum combination with molasses and a touch of sweet dark grains underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has has notes of banana, sweet grain, light fruits and some rum barrel coming through. Flavor has rum and banana with some sweet grain and a bit of light fruit underlying.

Aroma has light fruits and a bit of honey with a hint of cherry and some oak underlying. Flavor has melon, light fruits and cherry with oak and honey supporting.

On tap at the North Loop location. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light citrus and some melon with some sweet grass and a touch of light gray. Flavor has grass and melon with some sweet citrus and a light grain backbone.
