Aroma: sweet coffee, roasted coffee tones, subtle ash, sweet maple, light caramel/toffee malts and a little bit of chocolate
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to roasty quality; finishes coffee sweet with maple notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning to being sessionable, good smoothness
Overall: nice enough milk/sweet stout that has what Aslin says are there.

Appearance: thick hazy burnt yellow to orange color with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated slowly to leave some lace
Aroma: papaya, mango, lemon and peachy hop aromas flowing into some light clean malts
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine juicy bittersweet to sweet juiciness; finishes mostly with the mangoes & peaches and pretty juicy toned
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; good smoothness along the tongue; low hop bitterness
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA well worth coming back to.

Appearance: thick pale yellow/orange blurriness with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mango to orangey to pineapple, floral and piney hops; light clean biscuity malts
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a sweet juicy to bittersweet juicy candied quality; finishes mango, piney and floral semi-dry tone
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA worthy of coming back to.

Aroma: white grapes, oranges, mangoes and lemon hop notes; light clean malts with some creaminess
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine juicy sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes white grapey & orangey juicy and somewhat dry
Texture: medium bodied, leaning into being a sipper; some smoothness with good level of creaminess in there
Overall: nicely done NEDIPA worthy of coming back to.

Texture: between light & medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue, good carb level
Overall: I say a very nicely done Munich dunkel lager very worthy of returning to.

Aroma: biscuity to bready maltiness, light honey notes, floral/clean grassy hops with a touch of hop spice
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to subtle bittersweet quality; finishes bready malty with light hop spice
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue

Aroma: peaches, pears and apricot fleshy sweet with a good tart skin-like tone to each of those fruits
Flavor: tart to sweet to sour through the prior noted aromas; finishes peachy tart with some sour fruity toned quality
Texture: medium bodied; leaning towards being a sipper; subtle smoothness; light yet noticeable sour semi-harshness to clamp down on the tongue
Overall: a very nicely sour ale very worthy of having again.
