Appearance: peach orange/pink-ish looking grapefruity color with a finger's worth of white frothy head which slipped off fairly quick and didn't leave much lace
Aroma: peach tart to sour-ish skin notes with a berry/wild berry/blueberry/raspberry conglomerated scent with a super light touch of yeast at the very end
Flavor: the berry sour to tart to subtle sweet character fully meshed and emphatically awesome; finishes with a beautifully meshed peachy to berry sweet, sour and tart quality
Texture: medium bodied; leaning towards being a sipper; good carb level and subtle tart/sour harshness arranges eloquently on the tongue
Overall: wow - what a modern sour I would love to return to.
Appearance: dark burnt yellow to orange haziness with a finger's worth of white frothy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney sweet to grapefruity and a lil' bit of sweet onion rolling into one character and having a very light dose of malts in the backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a bitter to semi-bittersweet sort of quality; finishes somewhat piney and oniony
Texture: light to medium bodied; semi-sessionable; light smoothness; good carb level; medium hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: seems like a cross between a West coast IPA and a NEIPA, it's one I could return to.

Appearance: thick dark yellow/bronzed orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: orange rind and orange juice with some red grapefruity character and some melon sweetness then a pinch of pine bitterness and some super light clean malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a bitter to bittersweet quality; finishes semi-sticky with grapefruity and orangey notes
Texture: medium bodied; leaning slightly towards being a sipper and I think that way because the hop bitterness assertiveness seemed not as low as it should've been; the carb level seemed fine
Overall: not a bad New Zealand IPA, the aromas really pop awesome, I will say that.
Appearance: ruddy burnt yellow almost chill haze color with a slowly dissipating finger's worth of white foamy head which left just a little bit of lace
Aroma: sweet biscuity/bready/herbal quality underscored by a very little bit of earthy character with a super lower kiss of honey
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet meshed together conglomeration; finishes bready malty smooth
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good carb level and very smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty nice Maibock worth coming back to even if I was somewhat late in the season on consuming this.
