Clear dark brown beer, small aery irregular off-white to beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: acidic, some balsamic vinegar, earthy, soft roast, turpentine, solvents, more vinegar. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, a little bitter, roasted, a bit sweet, lots of caramel, pretty fruity touch, red berries, nice! Aftertaste: acidic, some tannins, soft roast, strawberry jam, red currants, pretty acidic, hint of chocolate, bitter touch, very oxidized, earthy, tobacco, leather. Didn’t get any almonds, and practically no cocoa though...
Clear black beer, small aery irregular beige head, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive, is the fatty sesame to blame for this? Not sure. Aroma: good roast, alcohol, chocolate, grains, malty, a little spicy, sesame paste. MF: soft carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: good roast, bitter, a little sweet, a bit nutty, coffee, caramel, some chocolate. Aftertaste: a little sourish, some candied orange peel, bitter, good roast, more coffee, fruity touch, chocolate notes, a bitter finish, not mind blowing but definitely a nice stout!
Pretty clear orange blond beer, some small debris floating around under a big solid creamy off-white to yellowish head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, piny, resinous, sugary, sweet impression, pineapple, tropical fruit flavoured bubble gum. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness up front, very piny, resinous, harsh bitterness, some tropical fruits, bubble gum. Aftertaste: nice, very bitter, resinous, a little fruity, some caramel, malts, pleasant one!
Clear amber to red rust brown beer, small irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, dried fruits, raisins, dates, caramel, leather, tobacco, alcohol, earthy, a little funky. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sourish start, sweet caramel, malty, earthy, a little bitter, some banana peel, tobacco, slightly smokey. Aftertaste: bitter touch, earthy, leather, tobacco, caramel, sweet ripe banana, some chocolate, quite some alcohol, banana peel, metallic.
Pretty clear light blond to yellow beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very sourish impression, lactic acid, a bit lemony, fruity, quite some passion fruit, a hint of pineapple. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: nice acidity, passion fruit, sourish, a bit lemony, slightly salty, dry, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: more passion fruit, sourish, lemony, zest, grapefruit, clean acidity, refreshing.

Clear (should be a hazy IPA?) yellow beer, small irregular white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, mango, spicy, tonic, ginger, orange peel, citrus, very minty, a little chemical, bit yeasty, hint of banana. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit sourish, lemony, soft bitterness, grassy, a bit watery, lemon peel, some orange peel. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, a little grassy, soft hop burn.
