Sampled from bottle [2025] at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Thank Robert! Yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are sourish, apricot, tart, lingering funk tartness. Well balanced. Lovely. Absolutely lovely.

Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Dark brown to black color, virtually no head. Aroma is malts, coffee, espresso. Flavor is malts, soft roast, coffee, espresso, cocoa. Delicious. Lovely beer. A little less thick than I'd have expected up front but nonetheless, I love it.

Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". No head, orangy color. Smell and taste are apple juice ish, apricot notes, a bit sourish, tart-notes. Kind of tastes like a cider to me, a rather dry one. Meh overall.

Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Opaque pitch black color, no head. Aroma is soy sauce and alcoholic. Flavor is malts, soy sauce, very boozy, thick. Heavy. Damn. Too much soy sauce for me but okay.

Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Clear quite pretty bright purple color, small white to off-white head. Aroma and flavor are fruity, red fruit, very solid sourish fruity, strawberries and blackberries. Very pleasant. Lovely.

Sampled from can at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Old bottle ,probably 2018 or before. Opaque black color, no head. Smell and taste malts, lightly raisins, nicely bitter, a bit dusty. Slightly oxidized and quite flat, so way past its prime but nonetheless nice to try. Thanks guys!

Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Opaque pitch black color, no head. Heavy cocoa, vanilla and cocos. Flavor is malts, cocos, cocoa, vanilla, lactose. Solid, but just a bit too much lactose, cocos and vanilla for me.
