A bright, tropical stone-fruit punch up front with a cracker-dry pilsner and wheat malt bill. Nicely balanced. This batch seems to be much improved over previous years. Recommended.

Hop-forward, West Coast spin on a traditional pilsner base using New Zealand hops. A clean, crisp pilsner with a tropical fruit kick. Plenty of fluffy foam. It's not trying to be the most delicate, minimalist German-style pilsner, nor is it a hoppy ale. It's right in that sweet spot for people who love lagers but want more hop aroma and flavour. Highly recommended.

Bullet Proof is a standout example of a modern West Coast IPA: hop-forward yet well-balanced and crisp. The unusual hop selection provides a piney, floral, and fruity hop profile. Dry, biscuity, clean malt base. Overall, an excellent brew that is reminiscent of a cold IPA, clean, clear, well-balanced, and easy to drink. Highly recommenced

Crisp and dry. The addition of rice lightens the body beautifully, creating a super-smooth, almost delicate mouthfeel without any heaviness. The soft, bready, unique malt provides a gentle backbone with a hint of sweetness, while the hops bring a mild herbal, green-tea bitterness that keeps things balanced. No off flavours, refreshing with a dry, snappy finish.

This is a standout Cold IPA. Nice hop aroma and flavour with a super clean, lager-like drinkability. The cypress wood addition was a clever touch that added complexity without muddying the bright fruit and pine profile.
