Dark chestnut brown with moderate head. Woody chocolate malt and hay aroma. Mildly sweet chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Body on the light side.

Red-orange with minimal head. Raspberry, blackberry, biscuit malt, and barnyard hay aroma. Mildly sweet raspberry/blackberry, lemon, biscuit malt, moderately sour brett and citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Nice.

Golden yellow wtih moderate head. Orange, rye malt, and orange peel aroma. Moderately sweet orange, rye malt, and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Nice body. Very good.
