Draft at the Lord Nelson, Sydney. Poured a slightly unclear, yellow, almost opaque colour with a thin broken white head and lots of champagne bubbles. The aroma is crushed apples. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a light, crisp, light herbal, juicy apple palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. A simple cider but it works.

Draft at the Endeavour taproom, The Rocks, Sydney. Poured a clear light amber colour with a lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is herbal, light floral. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, light herbal, apple, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nothing like an English bitter, but not so bad!
