Cask at the brewery. Almost seven pounds for a half pint. Welcome to rip off Britain! Poured a clear dark brown colour with a thin off-white head. The aroma is roasty caramel, treacle. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, roasty, toffee caramel, vanilla, light liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice enough but not worth the money..

Draft at the brewery. Poured a hazy golden amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big rhubarb. DJs flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, fresh, tart rhubarb palate. There isn’t much else to say. It’s rhubarb all the way!

The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a dry, fresh, juicy lemon citrus, light herbal, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at the brewery. Poured almost black in colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is big cherry. The flavour is moderate to light liquorice bitter, light sweet, with a light tart cherry, light chocolate, light liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It’s ok!

The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, sweet toffee caramel, herbal, hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
