Draft at Kompaan, Binnenhaven. Poured a slightly hazy medium brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big smoky bacon. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, salty bacon, light toffee caramel, dry, spicy bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
