Cask at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate to light sweet and bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, juicy tropical citrus, light toffee, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Very sessionable.

Cask at the Pup & Duckling. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty, light caramel, ashtray. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter and sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, roasty, light caramel, chocolate, dry ashtray, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Rather sessionable. Nice.

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, mineral stone fruits, earthy, herbal, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a big, rich, roasty, earthy, herbal, light tonka, dry coffee, liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
