The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.

For February we wanted to take 2 different lots of nelson (Nelson Bliss and Nelson Lakes) and pair it with Sunrise Valley Riwaka, all from Freestyle hops. Distinctly delightful, this beer focuses on the unique regionality of some of our favorite hops grown on different farms by the same grower!

Can at Ambasada, huge thanks Marko BL for sharing. Murky yellow body, off-white head. Huuuuge Riwaka herbal notes in the aroma, onion. Lean, dry taste, popcorny Riwaka (big NZ herbal notes), lightly oniony, smooth, well hidden alcohol - pretty nice!

US Pint can from Tai Soon, Bangkok. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, herbal, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, mineral stone fruits, earthy, herbal, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
