The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

- 1 point for the unnecessary wax. Ink-black beer, pouring viscously, still for some transparant bubbles on top. Cocos, chocolate, maple syrup, (hazel)nuts, Nutella, boneglue. Ultra sweet. Cocos in the foreground. Faint stoutacidity on the lips, but the rest is maplesyrup, cocos, hazelnut. Chewy, viscous, almost solid, alcoholheat. Christos, this is absolutely the stuff to glue one's mouth shut. And with the certainty to repeat myself, where is this brewed?? Txs to Stef!

Pale tan head, very dense, fine & stable, virtually black beer. Salted liquorice, zoute drop , toilet soap, ginger, X-mas herbs. Again salted jap, liquorice, liquorice drink, very faint hint of ginger, aniseed. Medium bodied, but very slick & viscous, despite quite carbonated. We knew this as children. We called it japwater , if non alcoholic, and convinced ourselves it was good against the common cold. Is this stout - and another question - is this a real brewery? Txs to Stef!

Head gone in seconds over rust-copper-orange beer, almost still. Lactic acid, rainwater, fruitjuice (passion fruit), leafy herbs. Passion fruit, banana and lots of lactic acid. Other exotic fruit, gooseberry. Tangy, lipsmacking acidity, quite slick. Acidthinning, refreshing. Nice, if unremarkable sour. Txs to Stef!

Small white head over fully hazy straw-yellow beer. Asafoetida, straw, exotic fruit, lupulin. Bitter, succulents, lupulin, asafoetida, bitter melon. Light to medium bodied, well-carbonated. Not half bad. Straight from the Thai Spirit Industry bottling for all the craft brewers. Txs to Joren!

Pale cyclamen, clear beer with a medium, pink head. Faint fruity nose. Rainwater; hint of sage. Sweet and fruity - somewhere halfway artificial and watered fruitjuice. I think the aspartame (thought that was forbidden?) gives the artificial flavour. A flavour like some dry herb - not a kitchen one, more like 'healing' herbs. Light, spritzy, good carbonation. A bit sticky all the same. This beer belongs to a time, not that long ago, when the name craftbeer didn't exist yet, and tradition beers were dying. We can do better now, no?

Good, dense yellow head over well-carbonated, almost clear amber beer. Very nice & inviting hoparoma, with lunaria, nectarine, lupulin, green fruit, unripe passion fruit. Fresh, mild bitterness, expressly hoppy. Very faint candi sugar, green leaves & green fruit. Ever so slight astringency - the hops working. Medium bodied, very well-carbonated. This is nice! Good surprise. As to the brewers: don't call this a Belgian IPA. That epitheton usually indicates a completely failed attempt, proving the brewer knows sh*t about IPA. This is a honest-to-God REAL IPA. Txs to Stef!
