On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is dominated by dry, roasted hazelnuts—that’s awesome—along with a touch of cocoa and gentle woody barrel underneath. Flavour is exquisitely elegant on the roasted hazelnut expression, accentuated by fairly hot bourbon barrels, and gentle roast. Such a great hazelnut expression with a solid malt base to carry it. Wonderful.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is dominated by the cherry liqueur barrel and orange peel, with plenty of sticky sugars and a touch of roast. Flavour marries the cocoa and orange peel convincingly, accentuated by the cherry liqueur. Not getting bourbon. Sweet, oily palate with a good cohesive of unusual flavours.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a deep dark brown with an amber tinge. Aroma has plenty of peat and moderate roasted malt underneath. Flavour is dominated by peat but has some sugars to back, with moderate roast. Really well-constructed. Excellent.
