Fairly large shop right in the heart of the tourist trade. Near De Garre, which is nice. Not gonna find whalez or vintages but they do have a large selection of Belgians, both “traditional” styles and lambics. Definitely some bottles that can be a little tricky to source elsewhere. Large glassware selection. Worth a stop when in the city.

Pretty standard Augustiner spot, but that isn’t a knock. It’s beautiful and serves excellent beers. Service here was pretty terrible (seated us, vanished for 15 minutes, came back and told us it was too late to order a beer by five minutes. Was able to convince him to bring us beers anyhow but super annoying). So, I’m sure my experience was not standard and this is a worthwhile stop.

Serving up the range of Augustiner beers in perfect condition makes this a worthy stop. It was rather empty the day we showed up but that was fine. Service was still slow but we weren’t in a rush. Lovely atmosphere to drink great beers.

Tourist trap for sure but when the thirst strikes you pay attention. Long queue to get a beer but it moved fairly quick. Grabbed a sausage from a nearby vendor to go with our beers under the trees. The whole area was full of energy so it made the pricy beer more palatable. Fine for what it is but by no means should you search it out.

Large bee hall in a very convenient location for the tourist trade. It was a nice day so we took our beers in the sunshine. Service was good and so were the beers. A nice stop for a refresher.

Large selection of beers, which is no the norm for the area in my experience. Craft and traditional brews available. We sat outside because it was a beautiful warm evening. Beers were fine though maybe not super well curated. Service was not impressive regardless if we ordered from the waitress or went to the bar directly. Still, it’s a nice place for a wide variety of beers and one could do much worse than stopping in for a drink or two.
