Biruski Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Hazy yellow with a tall white head. Notes of citrus, tropics, pine, and a hint of dank. Medium bodied. Sort of a mash up of NEIPA and WCIPA. Nice beer.

A rather large pub-feeling place with multiple rooms and two bars inside. The service was solid for how busy the place was. A mix of families, older couples, and college kids getting boozed up. Beers were decent but not outstanding. A decent spot to stop in for local beers but maybe not all that important of a spot in the area.

I’ve ordered from here a handful of times and always had quick and safe shipping to the Iberian peninsula. Focuses mostly on Spanish craft beer but also has a decent lineup of European beers, including lambic, Belgians, German, Czech, etc. They usually have free shipping if you order over a certain amount.

2024 bottling. Black with a big deep tan head. Big Roasty malt notes, coffee, bittersweet cocoa, burnt malt, earthy, light red fruits. Finish is dry and bitter. Full bodied. Lovely stout.

Pink and fizzy. Notes of raspberry, lime, citrus, malt, cream. Thick. Finish is dry and tart. Fine for the style.
