Bottle at home in the garden after another 20 km in the woods, and summer heat, 13th July 25. Pours a light hazy yellow golden. Aroma is citrus and coconuts. Taste is bitter, citrus and aromatic with coconuts. Love the earthy bitter edge

Can at home in the garden, from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, 13th July 25. Pours a thick hazy yellow. Aroma is heavy and heady Nelson and NZ hops, aromatic also. Taste is heavy dank, mellow, grapes and citrus, earthy, aromatic and complex, drinks bellow the 10%. Excellent Nelson affair

Bottle stored for a decade or so I think, consumed in the garden, 13th July 25. Pours a rich, dark golden clear lambic. Aroma is funk, brett, sweet fruits, farmyard. Taste is oily, tart, mellow, brett, funk and fruit, earthy and very complex, well layered with a touch of sweetness. Excellent lambic
