Tavour: pours near black with small head. Aroma is vanilla, bourbon, caramel, wood, cherry or some pther rich fruitiness. Taste is sweet, boozy, some dry finish. Ample levels of complexity. Body is not too hazy.

Norm's Wine and Beer: pours gold with white head. Very grainy and sulfuric. Bready and malty. Not very sweet. Lingering aftertaste. Fine. I guess.

Draught at source: lightly misty yellow with white head. Aroma is spicy, wheaty, esters, citrusy notes. Classic white IPA taste featuring melon and citrus notes. Ample fruitiness with a good wit base. Enjoyed it.

Tap at source: dark amber with beige head. Aroma is light caramel, pine, woody. Taste is somewhat bitter and very robust. Lingering aftertaste. Booze is well covered. Solid.
