I came on a night when there was a stoner rock concert attended by what looked like all of the alternative minded people in Rapid City. I had three or four flights split between my brother and me. The beer was solid, with the best beers being quite good, but a few misses were certainly in the list. The staff was friendly and talkative, and we eventually got to talking to one of the owners who was hospitable and friendly. Good vibes to be had from this place. Big selection of taps that did not leave us wanting for new ticks. Pleasant atmosphere. Beer to-go was also available. I don't believe they had food.

Draught at Bad Brother: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is grassy, lemonish, plenty of hop character. Dry, lightly bitter. Very chuggable. Nice.

Keg at my brother's baby shower: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is grassy, lemonish, plenty of hop character. Dry, lightly bitter. Very chuggable. Nice.

Bottle: pours gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is yeasty, fruity, little floral. Taste is dry, yeasty, lightly fruity. Seems very slightly oxidized.

Bottle: pours mahogany with off white head. Aroma is vanilla, spice, booze. Caramel. Deep maltiness. Light bitterness. Sweet, but with a nice dryness. Quite good.

Can from my brother: pours light orange yellowy haze. Aroma is melon, tropical fruit, mango. Taste is sweet juicy. Intense. Low bitterness. Very tangy. What one should expect from the style.
