Nitro at Paragon, 6/26/25. Dark brown, creamy light brown head, strong lace. Roasty, earthy, grainy. Dry. Exceptionally smooth. Full flavored and bodied for this lower ABV. Quite good.

Draft at Paragon, 6/26/25. Pours fully hazy yellowish-orange with a white head and fairly strong lace. Juicy, pineapple, grapefruit, and some candied citrus. Rather sweet. Smooth. Slightly sticky. Mildly boozy. Still fairly drinkable for this ABV. Fun one overall.

Draft at Paragon, 6/4/25. Fully hazy yellowish-orange, white head. Pineapple, citrus zest, orange juice, papaya. Rather fruity, a little sweet, but not overly so. Juicy and tasty. Good stuff.

Draft (right) at the brewery, 6/15/25. Unclear orange color, off white head, strong lacework. Pine, grass, melon. Clean and highly drinkable. A little dry. Very smooth. Nice beer.

This is a really fun spot. Huge place, and while there were plenty of people there it didn't feel crowded because of massive size and plethora of seating / standing options. The feather bowling was a fun thing to have inside. Some of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a brewery. Great ordering system, when you scan a code on a table and select the beer and size (or food options) and they bring it right to you in a rather speedy manner. One of the better beer ordering systems I've seen at any brewery / bar / etc. We ended up hanging out of for much longer than planned just because it was such a great spot. The beers were maybe a touch overpriced, especially the smaller pours, and the food was good, but not great, but all in all, this is a full on winner spot for me.
