Tons of horse blanket, barnyard, green apple notes. Heavy palate, carbonation , modestly tart. Very classic barnyard and green apples. But not the most complex beer and not like other Cantillon I’ve had. . The oak and green apples lingers. Lovely

Big cheese funky barnyard, green apples, heavy body, tart as fuck. Sour. Amazing depth and in great shape. Not amazing amazing but decent stuff

Lots of barnyard, cobwebs, modestly funky, green apples and muscat . The palate is fairly carbonated, but really lacks depth. It’s totally pleasant and balanced and acceptable but nothing gets me excited

Cloudy inky purple color. Super tart. Tons of cherry pie, oak, tons of funky and barnyard. Very tart. Okay this is amazing and the fruit character is perfect. The cherry pit linger and linger forever. Yes this is absolutely a top 10 beer for me
