Nice funk and wood. Quite intense in flavour with a lot of funk, but still pretty smooth. Good one.

Lots of barnyard, cobwebs, modestly funky, green apples and muscat . The palate is fairly carbonated, but really lacks depth. It’s totally pleasant and balanced and acceptable but nothing gets me excited

Golden colour with thin head. Vinous aroma. Super soft mouthfeel. Obviously Boon. Dry. Really well balanced.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Gueuze Tasting thanks to Bursprak. Pours bright hazy orange with a small white head. Aromas of heavy funk, citrus, stone fruits, horseblanket. Taste is funky, peachy, light vinegary, citrussy.

Corked bottle. Golden color. Oak, grapes, bitter walnuts and a hint of citrus in the aroma. Sour, somewhat herbal bitter flavor, nutty with oak and lemon. Dry. Complex. Enjoyable.

Bottle @ home. Shared with Bram & Sepp. Many thanks! Hazy orange colour, creamy white foam. Rather lively carbonation. Lemon peel, barnyard, funky yeastiness. Taste is medium dry, not very sour, well balaned. Again a great one from Boon.
